Scope
These Terms apply to all agreements between MagnetIQ Marketing Agency and its clients.
Services
We provide marketing, consulting, and related services as agreed in individual contracts.
Payment
All fees are due as agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access to enable service delivery.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or unforeseeable damages. Our liability is limited to the contractually agreed amount.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all business and trade secrets received during the cooperation.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as agreed in the contract.
Governing Law
These Terms are subject to Irish law. Place of jurisdiction is Dublin, Ireland
